Policies of Musafir Pakistan are listed below

1 – Payment and Booking Policy

  • Select your package and get a free quotation from Musafir Pakistan.
  • After receiving the quotation, a 50% Payment is required at least one week before departure.
  • Share the payment screenshot on our official WhatsApp and receive the remaining invoice from our support team.
  • The remaining 50% Invoice should be cleared at least 3 days before departure.
  • Payment methods:
    • Online bank transfer
    • Cash on visit to our office
  • Easypaisa & JazzCash transfers will be subject to a 2% extra charge on the package amount.


2 – Payment Methods

  • After booking your tour on our website, you can choose from the following methods:

3 – Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • 50% Refund if cancellation is made 7 days before the trip.
  • 30% Refund if cancellation is made 5 days before the trip.
  • No Refund if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the event.
  • No amount will be refunded if any person leaves the trip at any stage for any reason.
  • If the trip is canceled more than a week before departure due to weather, governmental issues, or company management issues, you will receive a full refund.
  • In case of cancellation during the trip due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, the remaining amount will be refunded as per calculation.
  • Refund claims will be processed within 5 to 6 working days after approval.

4 – Terms & Conditions

  • Every Musafir must keep their CNIC & Vaccination card (Nikah Nama copy for Couple).
  • Musafirs should arrive at the pickup point 30 minutes before departure time.
  • Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • Musafirs must behave ethically with fellow group members. If not, the team at Musafir Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time.
  • Group tours can only be operated when the specific group strength is met (Minimum 12 Persons).
  • Musafirs are allowed 20 kg bags and are responsible for carrying their own luggage.
  • Any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political, or security issues, will be covered by the member and not the company. In these situations, the extra charges will be divided equally among the members.
  • Musafir Pakistan can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Musafir Pakistan is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items.
  • If fuel prices increase, the package price will be revised, even after booking or during the tour.
  • Musafir Pakistan strives to make your trip memorable. However, in case of any minor issues regarding Hotel, Room, Transport, Meals, etc., members should cooperate with the tour guide and company.
  • In case of road blockages, weather issues, or political situations in a particular area, we will try to provide alternative destinations or may alter the route plan as necessary.

    • Any extra meal (Tea/Coffee/Drinks/Mineral water)

Islamabad ka dinner package mein include nahi hota. Baqi trip ke during apka breakfast aur dinner include hota hai. Agar aap first time Musafir Pakistan ke saath booking kar rahe hain, to hum apka Islamabad ka dinner complementary karenge.

Private packages mein dinner isliye include nahi hota ke private trips mein aap apni choice se khana kha sakte hain. Yeh aapko zyada pocket-friendly aur convenient hota hai, aur menu restrictions bhi nahi hoti.

Humare members alag-alag locations par stay karte hain. Isliye ham Islamabad mein “26 Number Daewoo Station” aur Lahore mein “Thokar Niaz Baig” per meeting point rakhte hain, aur sab wahan se departure karte hain.

Package details mein jo cheezein exclude hain wo clearly mentioned hain. Bas station se hotel ya hotel se pickup point tak ki taxi or cab service aapko manage karni hoti hai, jo aapka personal expense hota hai.

Group package ke sharing rooms mein approximately 4-5 persons hote hain, jo room capacity ke mutabiq decide hota hai.

Package mein jeep isliye include nahi hoti ke jeep tracks par jaana client ki choice hoti hai. Jeep ka cost us waqt ke mutabiq equally members mein divide hota hai.

As per our company policy, hum unmarried couples ko separate room provide nahi karte hain, kyunke hamare partner hotels ki policy ke mutabiq marriage proof (Nikkahnama ya certificate) required hota hai.
